Working Easily on Microsoft Office with Shortcuts

Sometimes when we are working on Microsoft Office, you have to click on so many options for doing things. Example: To increase or decrease font size, first we have to select the word/sentence we want to increase then we have to select font. I think this is a very lengthy process. If we will use shortcuts for these tasks then it will be much easier.
